Attorney Michelle Thomas Castle was born in Eastern Kentucky to a hard working coal miner who was the single father of four children. He encouraged Michelle to make a better life for herself by helping others and following her dreams of becoming an attorney. Working since high school, Michelle put herself through college and law school with scholarships, determination, and hard work. She went on to obtain licenses in four states: Virginia, Kentucky, West Virginia, and finally Tennessee. She has practiced in many areas of law, including medical malpractice, insurance defense, adoptions, Federal Black Lung, Workers’ Compensation, Energy Law, and others. She is now focusing her practice on her love of property law, as well as helping others through estate planning, probate, and employment law .
